Take a short break from your studies or the office to thank TC's donors for making an impact. Bring a classmate or colleague and stop by to sign "Thank You" postcards! TC giveaways, light refreshments and a show of community gratitude. We look forward to seeing you.

Help Clean-Up Morningside Park

March 8, 10am - 12pm

In celebration of TC Impact Day, join TC alumni and students to beautify TC's backyard.

Please arrive at GD 197 promptly by 10:00 am and we will walk to Morningside Park together. This beautification will be led by Vera Shao ( EdM, MA '20), TC Alumni Council Young Alumni & Student Engagement Co-Chair.

TC Book Drive

Donate a book to our TC Impact Day Book Drive.

Donation bins are located in Zankel Hall, the Office for Diversity & Community Affairs, TC’s Dining Hall, Building 528 and Whittier Hall.

All books will be donated to students across our partnership schools for Impact Day.

In Your Neighborhood

From NYC to Chicago to San Francisco, from Brazil and all the way to China, TC alumni and friends came together to support their communities through food and shelter drives and community building initiatives. Thank you to our global alumni community for making an impact in their neighborhoods!

2/28/2024 - TC Alumni in the Bay Area - 49 alumni brought in non-perishables to donate to the Alameda County Food Bank.
Our San Francisco Regional Group Leaders Johanna Brody (M.A. ‘11) and Julia Gelormino (M.A. ‘12) brought the food to the food bank after the event.
3/1/2024 - TC Impact Day in São Paolo, Brazil - 7 alumni met up and brought donations for Entrega por SP, an NGO whose mission is to guarantee more dignity and humanity to people in homelessness in São Paulo city. Izabela de Souza (M.A. '22) brought the items to Entrega por SP.
3/2/2024 - TC Impact Day in Chicago - 7 alumni met up to bring items to donate to support new neighbors in the Chicagoland area by bringing items to donate to a local migrant shelter.
Sunny Sue Chang Jonas (M.Ed. ’07) delivered the items
3/3/2024 - TC Impact Day in Guangzhou
6 alumni met up for a 5K and community building in Guangzhou, China, hosted by Jia Liu (M.A. ’20).
